Good question! I am a digital nomad and travel often whilst freelancing. Rest assured, my clients are always my first priority, without them I could not sustain this lifestyle.
Whilst it's possible that I may not be able to pop into the office in the conventional way, I can always be contacted on Skype at a convenient time for you to chat about your upcoming project. I have discovered that often this is preferable, quicker and can be arranged/cancelled at shorter notice. Following from this, business is simply conducted via email or phone, if of course I am in the area then it would be great to meet up, talk and drink coffee.
Having very low overheads I can keep costs low and can work around the clock should the need arise. If you have any questions just fire me an email outlining your requirements. We can then line up a time to talk in more detail if required.
